Companies widget
  • This widget shows the last 5 created companies, click on company name to make changes.
  • Click on will refresh data.
  • Filter companies by type when click on one of the total number bellow.
Sales Orders widget
  • This widget shows the last 5 created orders, click on order number to make changes.
  • Click on will refresh data.
  • Filter orders by status when click on one of the total number bellow.
Invoices widget
  • This widget shows the last 5 created invoices, click on invoice number to make changes.

It shows a clear outline of completed and uncompleted tasks.

Companies

How to manage the companies?
  • Click on New to create a company.
  • To edit click on Edit button or Company Name.
  • Delete button in Companies index will move the company to Recycle-bin
  • To delete a company permanently, open Recycle-bin, check the company and select Delete from left menu or click on small Delete button.

How to add new contact?
Open a company by click on Edit button or Company Name, Select Contact Tab then click on Add Contact.
How to manage a contact functions?
Click on Functions & Departments from Settings in top menu, select Function list then Add/Edit or Delete a function.
How to manage a company categories?
Click on Categories Manager from Settings in top menu, select Company Category list then Add/Edit or Delete a Category.

Sales Orders

How to manage sales orders?
  • Click on New to create a sale order.
  • To edit click on Edit button or Order Number.
  • Delete button in Sales Orders index will move the sale order to Recycle-bin
  • To delete a sale order permanently, open Recycle-bin, check the sale order and select Delete from left menu or click on small Delete button.

Purchase Orders

How to manage purchase orders

Invoices

How to manage the invoices?
  • Click on New to create an invoice.

How to send an invoice?
  • Filter by Approved From Invoices index then check the invoices that need to send and click on Send in left menu.
  • Open an invoice by click on Edit button or Invoice Number, Select Status Tab, check status Send and click on small Save to load a popup with details of email, change if need then Send.
How to add a payment for an invoice?
  • Filter by Send From Invoices index then check the invoices and click on Payment in left menu.
  • Open an invoice by click on Edit button or Invoice Number, Select Payments Tab and click to Add Payment.
How to manage tax?
Click on Service & Finance from Settings in top menu, select Tax list then Add/Edit or Delete a tax.
 

Employees

How to manage the employees?
  • Click on New to create an employee.
  • To edit click on Edit button or Employee Name.
  • Delete button in Employees index will move the employees to Recycle-bin
  • To delete an employees permanently, open Recycle-bin, check the employee and select Delete from left menu or click on small Delete button.

How to specify the working hours for employees?
  • Open an employee on mode edit, click on Working hours tab then specify the start/end time and worked hour per day then click on save.
How to specify the off hours for employees?
  • Open an employee on mode edit, click on Off-hours tab then specify the hours per year then click on save.

TimeSheet

How to manage your events?
  • To add an event click on New Event button, double click or select new from context menu when click right in time blog.
  • To edit an event double click or right click on it and select edit
  • Right click on event, select remove then yes to confirm delete
  • Drag/drop the event allow to you move it to other date/time .
  • To Copy an event right click on it, select copy then right click on time blog and select paste
  • To Copy/paste all day right click on the day title, select copy then right click on time blog and select paste
  • Right click on top left corner, select copy then right click on time blog and select paste
How to approve an events?
  • Click Approving Hours button in left menu, select the events then click on Approve
  • Rigth Click on event then select approve
How to export the events?
  • Click Export PDF button in left menu, make your selection then click on Hours Reports/Off-Hours button
 

Users

How to manage the users?
  • Click on New to create an user.
  • To edit click on Edit button or User Name.
  • Delete button in Users index will move the user to Recycle-bin
  • To delete a user permanently, open Recycle-bin, check the user and select Delete from left menu or click on small Delete button.

How to manage user groups
Select Group list from left menu in Users index then Add/Edit or Delete a group.
How to disable an user?
Check the user, select Disable from left menu or click on small Disable button.

How to change the default right for user group?
Select group, change the right then click on Save.
How to change the user right?
Select user, change the right then click on Save.
 

Settings

How to change account type?
Click on Global Configuration from Settings in top menu, select My Environment Tab, make changes then click on Save.
How to upload the logo?
Click on Global Configuration from Settings in top menu, select My Company Tab, choose a picture then click on Save.
How to change the default currency?
Click on Global Configuration from Settings in top menu, select Standards and Formats Tab, choose currency then click on Save.
How to change the default documents templates?
Click on Global Configuration from Settings in top menu, select PDF Template Tab, make changes then click on Save.
